80 creative examples of logos featuring animals
The first thing that comes into our mind when we hear about a company or see an advertisement; is their logo. The amount of simplicity, yet creativity imbibed in such logos make them so memorable. Corporations often develop marketing strategies aimed at creating a logo that will become a memory trigger for decades to come. Famous logos have these two things in common: distinctiveness and simplicity.
The more distinctive a logo is, the more recognizable it becomes. The more complex a logo is, however, the less likely it will be that people will remember it.
Designing a logo is not an easy job. It needs inspiration and creativity that transcends mundane thinking. Featuring animals in logos has become quite popular in the recent times. This type of branding not only gives a creative look but certain animals portray strong and ebullient characteristics. Another reason many companies use animals in their logos is to help strengthen their brand recognition. Simple images often help people remember a company or brand rather than textual logos.
In one of my previous articles, I showcased some of the most creative advertisements featuring animals. It received quite a good response. I really Love the Tiger Wild logo which has so many different images incorporated
Nice marks. Love the usage of negative space in some logos.
Also, WWF’s & Playboy’s black & white logos: never gets old.
Goes to show that you don’t need to have a myriad of colors to have an appealing logo.

I thought ‘Birdie Pro Shop’, ‘Galo’ and ‘Rentzilla’ were pretty awesome, but they all are to be honest. That’s the one thing about logo designing is that when you incorporate animals into it, you know that it will just be heaps of fun from conception to end.
